In 2012, Heilongjiang Province brought the supervision of small workshops into local legislation to regulate its production behavior, and the supervision model has been initially formed. With the increasing demand for food safety, the task of ensuring food safety is more arduous, especially small workshops are mostly distributed in rural and urban and rural areas, there are some problems, such as simple production conditions, low level of management and so on.
According to the relevant responsible person of the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration, the province will, in accordance with the general idea of "standardizing the development of a batch, transforming and upgrading a batch, and banning a batch in accordance with the law," and refine the comprehensive rectification measures of small workshops in accordance with local conditions. At the same time, we will further integrate regulatory resources, clarify regulatory powers, and strictly implement the negative list system for small workshops. Illegal acts such as incomplete license, unlicensed, manufacture and sale of fake and shoddy food, use of non-food raw materials and food raw materials beyond shelf life shall be severely investigated and punished and banned in accordance with the law.
