Wu Dexian, chairman of the cooperative, said that with satellite positioning and navigation, the 24-hour uninterrupted operation can be realized by inputting the longitude and latitude data of the working land into the system.
After the autumn harvest, how to store grain scientifically is related to food security. In the central grain reserve depot directly under Ningxiang, Hunan Province, each granary has realized intelligent temperature control. Xu Fei, director of the Ningxiang Direct Depot, said that four high-power air conditioners have been customized for each granary, which can control the temperature of the entire granary at a suitable temperature. In addition, the warehouse wall is covered with fireproof and thermal insulation materials, in the interior of the grain pile, there are 78 cables, a total of 312 temperature measurement points.
Xu Fei said that by monitoring the temperature, it is possible to judge whether pests and water changes have occurred in grain. Once the temperature at a certain point rises, the central system will issue instructions, and the cooler and the air supply duct at the bottom of the granary will cool and ventilate the grain.
Another technological tool is nitrogen insecticidal. Dozens of nitrogen airbags in the warehouse tightly wrapped the grain. When the nitrogen content in the airbag reaches 98%, it can kill insects. Staff will regularly wear oxygen masks into the warehouse to check, one is to see if the airbag is damaged, the other is to see whether the airbag nitrogen content is sufficient. When nitrogen is consumed to a certain extent, the special nitrogen plant room will supply nitrogen through the pipeline.
All the data and real-time conditions in the granary are observed through a computer on the integrated control platform of the intelligent grain depot. Xu Fei said that in the past, the means of grain storage was poor, but now, with the application of high technology, scientific grain storage has been achieved, ensuring that the particles return to the warehouse.
