Chairman of the Egyptian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce: the Expo is the best opportunity to showcase Egyptian products to Chinese consumers
Xinhua News Agency, Cairo, November 6 (Reporter Li Binian) in a recent interview with Xinhua reporters, Diafiki, chairman of the Egyptian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, said that China International Import Expo is the best opportunity to show Egyptian products to Chinese consumers. It will help deepen the economic and trade relations between the two countries.
"the Expo is one of the most important international trade and economic fairs in the world, attracting the participation of enterprises from all over the world. We encourage Egyptian companies to study the Chinese market and provide products that meet the needs of the Chinese people. " Fergie said.
He pointed out that the Expo will help foreign companies better connect to a large market with nearly 1.4 billion consumers, indicating the rising level of China's opening up to the outside world.
It is understood that a total of 23 Egyptian enterprises have signed up to participate in the Expo, and more than 1/3 of them have participated in the exhibition for the second time. Egyptian enterprises will set up three exhibition areas: quality life, trade in services, food and agricultural products, covering agricultural products, handicrafts, essential oils, environmental protection coatings, financial services, translation and publishing services.
Fiki also said that the Egyptian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce will spare no effort to encourage and mobilize Egyptian enterprises to participate in the third Expo, and more than 100 Egyptian enterprises are expected to sign up for the exhibition.
He also called on all parties in Egypt to work together to improve the level of Egyptian industry and make higher quality products to meet the needs of the Chinese market.
In recent years, the economic and trade relations between China and Egypt have become increasingly close. In November last year, Egyptian Prime Minister Mahmoud Madebri led a high-level government delegation to attend the first Expo, with Egyptian enterprises intending to sell for more than 42 million US dollars.
"China is willing to help Egypt develop in order to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results," he said. We should make good use of the opportunity of the Expo to continue to strengthen the economic, trade and investment relations between the two countries. " Fergie said.
