The scope of business covers Tianjin, Li County, Anxiang and other districts and counties, each period of receipt amount as high as 200,000 yuan.

According to investigation, since October 2016, the main members of the gang, Wu Mou Gang, together with Zhang Mou Hui, Lu Mou, Yan Mou, Zhang Mu Ling, Xie Mou, and others, have used the results of the Hong Kong "Mark six Lottery" as the basis for gambling lottery. In Tianjin, Lixian, Anxiang, Linyi and other places wantonly developed offline, these offline again deceived victims to buy lottery tickets in the form of WeChat newspapers, pooling gambling money to profit from it. Among them, Zhang Mou-hui, Lu Mou, Zhu Mou-Qiang, Chen Mou-Kai, and others received more than 300 underground "Mark six Lottery" orders, with an illegal profit of more than 7 million yuan and a total amount of more than 50 million yuan involved in the case.
