By the end of October this year, Nanjing had completed the upgrading of 371 km of rural roads, 41 agricultural road bridges, 82 km of economically weak and underdeveloped village groups, and 320 km of safety and life protection projects.
The "four good rural roads" is to build, manage, protect and operate rural roads well, so as to provide a better guarantee for the broad masses of farmers to become rich and to speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. According to the person in charge of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Transportation, At present, Nanjing highway network has basically realized the coverage pattern of expressway access from city to district, communication between district and district first-class highway, second-class highway access from district to street town, third-class highway connection from street town to street town, and fourth-class highway coverage pattern from street town to village community.
