For the success of the Expo held to support a service and gatekeeper at the same time the "umbrella."
According to reports, the case of suspected infringement of the intellectual property rights of the relevant exhibitors at the second Expo was seized by the Yangshan Customs under the Shanghai Customs in the shipping export channel, and was a number of more than 34600 pieces of vehicle accessories. Suspected infringement of the exclusive rights to graphics and trademarks of Toyota Motor Company and Citroen Motor Company.
Since the beginning of this year, the Shanghai Customs has focused on strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights related to the Expo. So far, a total of 17 cases of suspected infringement of the intellectual property rights of Expo exhibitors have been seized, and more than 67000 suspected infringing goods have been seized.
During the entry of passenger luggage, Shanghai Customs intercepted the quarantine pest wheat smut fungus from a bag of 5kg flour and intercepted nine pieces of plant breeding materials totaling 8.3kg. The relevant person in charge of the Shanghai Customs said that the countries and enterprises participating in the second Expo came from a wide range of countries and enterprises, and the volume of relevant import and export trade was extensive. On the one hand, the Customs used the big data platform for cross-border trade to study, judge, and control risks. To control and intercept the related infringing and epidemic high-risk goods at the port, and carry out a comprehensive, accurate and efficient attack; On the other hand, we should actively explore the expansion and application of big data in facilitating customs clearance, so as to provide effective supervision and service for the Expo.
With the strong support of the big data platform for cross-border trade, and in the face of the new requirements for the rapid customs clearance of meat, cosmetics and other exhibits and commodities at the second Expo, the Shanghai Customs has recently lowered the inspection ratio of imported meat and the proportion of out-of-box inspection on two occasions. It effectively shortens the customs clearance time of imported meat products; At the same time, the laboratory testing cycle of imported meat and imported cosmetics is compressed. It is estimated that the laboratory testing cycle of meat products can be compressed by more than 50%, and the laboratory testing cycle of cosmetics can be compressed by more than 30%.
