12th China, Japan and South Korea Cultural Industry Forum held in Busan, South Korea
Xinhua News Agency, Busan, South Korea, 15 Nov (Reporter Geng Xuepeng Tian Ming) the 12th China-Japan-ROK Cultural Industry Forum was held in Busan, South Korea from 14 to 15 November. The participants conducted in-depth discussions on the exchanges and cooperation between the cultural industries of the three countries. Reach a broad consensus and issue a tripartite joint statement.
The China-Japan-South Korea Cultural Industry Forum, jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the Ministry of Culture and Sports Tourism of Korea and the Ministry of economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, is an important mechanism and platform for the exchange and cooperation of cultural industries among the governments of the three countries. The forum includes intergovernmental meetings, business exchanges and expert forums.
Ma Feng, deputy director of the Industrial Development Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, said in a keynote speech at the forum that cultural industry cooperation is one of the most potential and dynamic parts of China-Japan-ROK cultural cooperation. China is willing to work with ROK and Japan to uphold the principles of dialogue and consultation, co-construction and sharing, win-win cooperation and exchange and mutual learning, constantly create a new situation in cultural industry cooperation, and make positive contributions to enriching the connotation of cultural exchanges between China, Japan and the ROK and promoting regional prosperity and stability.
During the Forum, representatives of China, Japan and the ROK signed the Joint statement of the 12th China-Japan-ROK Cultural Industry Forum. According to the statement, the three countries will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in cultural industries, actively mobilize enterprises to participate in international cultural industry activities and exhibitions held by various countries, support the expansion of exchanges among enterprises among the three countries, and promote the operation of cooperation in the development of cultural industries among the three countries. Liaison officers are designated by the relevant agencies of the three countries and information is shared on a regular basis.
Wang Chen, deputy general manager of China Foreign Culture Group Co., Ltd., who hosted the forum, told reporters that China's cultural industry has entered a stage of high-quality development in recent years. China Foreign Culture Group Co., Ltd. will build more platforms and provide professional services for the exchange of cultural enterprises in the three countries.
As one of the important contents of this forum, the "DCCE Digital Cultural creation Exhibition" sponsored by the China Culture and Entertainment Industry Association was held in Busan at the same time. Wen Chuang Exhibition takes "Digital Culture New Wen Chuang" as the main line, and comprehensively displays new business type, new products and new technologies of China's digital culture industry in the form of on-the-spot display and audience interaction.
