Beijing Announces Ten typical cases of Building harmonious Labor Relations

In addition, 195 advanced units and 100 advanced individuals who built harmonious labor relations in Beijing from 2016 to 2018 were commended, so as to provide experience for different types of enterprises and regions in building harmonious labor relations.
According to the relevant responsible person of the Beijing Tripartite Committee for the Coordination of Labor Relations, the case of building harmonious labor relations requires enterprises and private non-enterprise units to meet a total of 11 standards in terms of employment in accordance with the law, production safety, democratic management, and corporate culture. According to the person in charge, harmonious labor relations are an important part of social governance at the grass-roots level. At present, Beijing has basically formed the institutional framework of harmonious labor relations. A tripartite meeting system has been established in all districts under the jurisdiction of Beijing, and more than 2400 basic grids of labor supervision have been effectively covered and classified. Gradually form a diversified, multi-level mediation organization network focusing on enterprises, streets and townships, and trade chambers of commerce (associations), so as to improve the efficiency of mediation in labor dispute cases.
The reporter learned that since 2001, Beijing has established a tripartite meeting system for coordinating labor relations, which is composed of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the Beijing Federation of Trade unions, and the Beijing Enterprise Federation. On this basis, the Tripartite Commission for the Coordination of Labour Relations was established in 2018, changing from a consultative deliberative platform to a deliberative and decision-making body.
