A broom "sweeps" a new look, a football "kicks" out of a big industry, a cup of tea "brews" a new life. Give the right to development to farmers, institutional innovation to stimulate rural endogenous power, is promoting a beautiful rural "cocoon butterfly."
The reporter recently interviewed many places in Chengdu, Sichuan, and personally experienced the local enthusiasm for learning and implementing the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee and the new practice of rural revitalization, innovation and development.
A new look "swept" out

The land is flat, the house is like, there are fertile fields and beautiful pools of mulberry and bamboo, the poet Tao Yuanming's beautiful vision of rural life, has gradually become a daily portrayal of rural life in Chengdu.
Invest 10 billion yuan to support the construction of characteristic town and western Sichuan forest bank; promote the integration of agriculture, commerce, culture and tourism, the highest reward of star characteristic farm music is 200000 yuan. Chengdu respects the initiative of the masses, gives the right to development to farmers, the government sets up a platform, grass-roots capable people lead, to promote rural "blossoming flowers."
Zhilishi Township, Liujie Town, Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, 41 kilometers away from the urban area of Chengdu. A village with such a poetic name has a forest coverage of 51%.
Every morning, open the door of the hot pot shop, villagers Song Jianming will pick up brooms to clean the door.
"in the past, this was a piece of rotten mud. It was so dirty that every family did not care about their own hygiene, and the environment was very poor." Song Jianming recalls that plastic bottles are thrown everywhere and may accidentally step on banana peels when walking on the road.
Watching the surrounding villages have eaten tourist meals, the village has been stagnant, villagers do not want to go out during the day, young people do not want to come back, dirty environment has become a "stumbling block" to the development of the village.
We can't see that our hometown is so dirty and messy. The party members pick up brooms and take the lead in cleaning up in the morning and evening every day. They also dig out the ditches that no one is in charge of on the road. The environment is getting better day by day, and there is no bad smell on the road. The villagers were encouraged and joined in.
The small broom "swept" out of the new atmosphere of the village. The appearance of the village has taken on a new look, which brings new opportunities for the development of industry.
Song Jianming set his eyes on the dirtiest pig pen in the village. After the transformation, this once let the person mask the nose to pass the pig pen has become the village popular network celebrity "pig pen coffee", many tourists come to clock in. In the first half of this year, the income of "pigsty coffee" was nearly 300000 yuan.
The environment has become more beautiful, and everyone is more energetic. The village has made great efforts to integrate agriculture, commerce, tourism and tourism industry, and strive to create a beautiful village that is suitable for living and traveling. In the past, the dilapidated mountain village has become a "West Sichuan music forest plate." in the first half of 2019, it received more than 100000 tourists and more than 5 million yuan in tourism income.
A big industry that has been "kicked" out.
As night fell, the stars shrouded the earth, and tens of thousands of visitors attended a unique concert on the outskirts of Chengdu.
Sanhe Village, Banzhuyuan Town, Xindu District, Chengdu, was a secluded village that no one was interested in seven years ago.
In 2012, the Sanhe Village Party branch was rated as the "weak and lax" party organization in the town, ranking second from the bottom among the 24 villages in the town, and there were complaints that the income of the villagers had long been below the average level of the whole town.
In 2013, in the general election, "post-80s" Tan Jie, who graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University, was elected as the village branch. If you want to get rich, first build the road-the new village branch starts with the rural environment and comprehensive management, repairs roads and ditches, and grows grapefruit, grapes, figs and other crops on a large scale through land circulation.
At the same time, based on the fact that the village is close to the urban area of Chengdu, there are many young people in the village and many people who love football. Sanhe Village established the first officially registered peasant football club in Chengdu.
The transformation and upgrading of the village from traditional agriculture needs to be started, and Tan Jie came up with a bold new idea: he took the lead in co-ordinating the collective funds, financial support, and social capital of the village. Two plastic lawn football fields were built in the village in 2015 and 2016 respectively. This is also the first time a seven-person football field has been built in rural Chengdu.
Subsequently, the village began to organize football leagues on a regular basis. "on the day of the first football match, there was also the first major traffic jam in the history of Sanhe Village." Tan Jie's memory is still fresh.
Centering on the popularity brought about by football, the village carries out football leagues and nurtures young football seedlings every year, and sets up football restaurants, agricultural supermarkets, fishing grounds, farm music, leisure farms, and modern residential accommodation. Gradually became famous "Chengdu Football first Village", led to more social projects to invest, but also held by the villagers affectionately known as the "cauliflower" music festival, Banzhu Garden Star Music Festival.
Now, the first thing that comes to the entrance of the village is a striking, huge statue of the "Hercules" trophy, with a clean asphalt road leading to the village activity center. In front of the green stadium, brushing your face to enter the membership players dressing room, 24-hour unmanned supermarket, elegant music bar. Football and music have become two famous business cards in Sanhe Village.
"now our village is as lively as the city, and the environment is better than the city." Villager Liu Yungen said.
A new life out of "bubble"
Hot boiled water poured in, the tea gradually spread out, after a while, the room full of tea fragrance. Making a pot of tea early is a daily habit of 47-year-old Liu Wenqing.
Chengjia Town, Pujiang County, Chengdu, is famous for its green tea. It has been growing tea since ancient times. Today, it still retains an ancient tea-horse road about 2 kilometers long in Chengjia Town.
With such good tea resources, Liu Wenqing's family is living a tight life. Six or seven acres of tea garden at home can not be planted, picked tea can not open a market, a year is only a few thousand yuan, children can only go out to work.
"at that time, we wanted to set up a co-operative to make money for tea, but we didn't know exactly what to do." Liu Wenqing said the villagers' ideas reached the ears of Chen Changwen, secretary of the village party branch. "as soon as we discuss it, we will immediately make a decision to set up a co-operative, jointly contribute money, and get rich together!"
Sitting on words and deeds, in November 2018, the village posted a fund-raising notice to prepare for the establishment of professional tourism cooperatives, relying on traditional tea culture, tea resources, residential accommodation, tea picking and other comprehensive tourism to promote the development of the village.
"villagers volunteer to buy shares for 10,000 yuan a share, up to a week." Chen Changwen said that originally there was little confidence, as a result, 66 families in the village actively participated, subscribing for 10 shares more and two or three shares less. Zeng Qingbin, a villager in his 50s, is ill and his family is very poor. He has also set aside 5000 yuan to subscribe for 0.5 shares. The enthusiasm of the villagers was unexpectedly high.
1.125 million yuan was raised-the quiet mountain villages became lively, the co-operatives were soon set up, and residential accommodation sprang up.
In June this year, the first batch of residential accommodation in the village officially opened, during the National Day, a room is difficult to find. The tea industry in the village is also growing, and tea picking has become a new way of leisure for Chengdu residents.
Chengjia Town built a new greenway 11.3 kilometers, connected with villages, tea gardens, characteristic neighborhoods; tea gardens newly planted begonia, camellia, bauhinia, etc., gradually formed the tea sea flower field landscape.
"now, the town has introduced more than 60 tea processing enterprises. At the same time, the greenway is also connected with a line of eating, drinking and playing. There are four tourist experience bases along the greenway, which can pick tea, make tea and learn tea art. Many people come here on weekends to steal leisure. " Yang Min, a member of the Chengjia Town Party Committee, said. (reporter: Dong Xiaohong, Gao Kang, Li Qianwei, Li Like)
