It is understood that Chongqing to promote pig production capacity recovery support funds mainly include: as a whole to make good use of 24 live pigs transferred out of large counties to reward funds of 83 million yuan, focusing on production development; Overall use of livestock and poultry manure comprehensive treatment and resource utilization project funds of 459 million yuan, focusing on improving the fecal pollution treatment capacity of large-scale farms (households) and promoting green development; We will make overall use of 25 million yuan in special funds for the pig industry, with emphasis on supporting the introduction and conservation of live pigs, and increase financial funds by 80 million yuan, specifically for new production capacity, epidemic prevention and control, and so on. At the same time, we will increase financial support and increase the discount rate for pig farm loans to 4.35% on the basis of the state discount rate of 2%.
