On the evening of the 17th, the amount of snow in Heilongjiang Province continued to increase, and the "traffic arteries" such as the Beijing-Harbin Expressway, the Harbin-Dalian Expressway, the Haitong Expressway, the Harbin Expressway and the Harbin Expressway were closed one after another because of snow.
To the 18th, the eastern part of Harbin, Mudanjiang, Jixi and other places have appeared 10-20 mm precipitation. The meteorological department expects the blizzard to continue and increase, while upgrading the blizzard warning signal from yellow to orange.
Blizzard has caused extensive delays in flights at Harbin Taiping Airport. According to the Harbin passenger Terminal, all hundreds of highway passenger buses between Harbin and other places in Heilongjiang Province have been suspended.
