Jilin and Hei provinces jointly regulate the order of Border Tourism Market to Russia
Xinhua News Agency, Changchun, 18 Nov (Reporter Zhao Dandan) the reporter learned from the Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism on the 18th that Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces jointly signed the "Cooperation Agreement on the Joint Regulation of the Border Tourism Market order between Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province." The two sides will establish a joint regulatory mechanism to jointly rectify the order of the border tourism market to Russia.
In recent years, the number of groups and receptions of Sino-Russian border tourism has continued to grow rapidly. However, there are also some problems in the border tourism market between the two provinces, such as unreasonable low-price tourism, vicious competition at low prices, forced consumption, non-signing of standardized tourism contracts, unauthorized change of itinerary, increase of self-financed items, and so on. Some tourism enterprises even resist inspection, evade inspection and do not cooperate with inspection.
In order to standardize the order of the border tourism market to Russia, Jilin Province specially held a forum of the main responsible persons of the provincial border tour group to Russia, requiring all localities to strengthen the main responsibility of border tourism enterprises. Heilongjiang Province will focus on the investigation of all kinds of violations of laws and regulations, strictly and promptly investigate and deal with the clues to the key cases assigned by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, abide by the rules and regulations, and punish them according to the upper limit.
This time, Kyrgyzstan and Montenegro signed a cooperation agreement, which will focus on further standardizing the supervision of tourism contracts, clearly marking prices for self-financed projects, unifying the minimum price of products, and promoting regional cooperation between China and Russia, so as to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between the two provinces. We will promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the tourism industry.
