Hebei Langfang opens intelligent ecological environment big data supervision and command platform

Gao Xumin, deputy researcher of the Langfang Ecological Environment Bureau, said that the Langfang intelligent ecological environment big data supervision and command platform mainly includes "global real-time monitoring data integration plate" and "problem closed-loop handover plate." The Global Real-time Monitoring data Integration Section consists of 10 subsystems. They are Langfang air quality real-time control platform, water environment monitoring and early warning evaluation platform, high point video sky eye monitoring system, inspector inspection and letter and visit platform, VOCs online monitoring platform, real-time supervision and integration platform for key pollution sources. Site dust on-line monitoring system, pollution source automatic monitoring system, oil and gas recovery on-line monitoring platform, environmental statistics and pollution source survey data application system, The integration, overall planning and sharing of eco-environmental data resources are realized. The "problem closed loop handover plate" collects the eco-environmental problems of data feedback from all kinds of platforms in real time, establishes the processes of real-time problem assignment, supervision, feedback and review, and generates problem statistical reports. Improve the efficiency of problem handling and the level of ecological environment management.
Among them, the high point video surveillance system is the real-time discovery of construction site dust, loose coal re-burning, scattered pollution enterprise rebound, open burning, traffic congestion and other environmental problems. The system has a total of 457 video surveillance points, realizing the full coverage of 6080 square kilometers in the whole city.
