Spot check found that 81% of the motor vehicle emission inspection institutions have problems, involving loose daily management, random input of vehicle information and basic parameters, non-standard operation of technical personnel, non-standard daily calibration and calibration, and so on. Individual motor vehicle emission inspection agencies even have problems such as falsifying inspection reports.
The Department of Ecological Environment of Shanxi Province requires that all cities seriously punish the illegal and illegal acts found in accordance with the law, and urge the inspection institutions to rectify and reform them in place, and if the penalties are not in place, the provincial departments will be held accountable.
