The lessee shall transfer, sublet, sublet or lend the leased house to others, and the lessor shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and reclaim the house.
If the lessee and the co-lessee live in the leased housing for less than 30 days for more than 3 months in a row, or deliberately delay or refuse to accept the household entry verification, tenant information registration, daily supervision and management of Party A or the housing security department, The lessor also has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and reclaim the house.
