The model text makes it clear that if the lessee commits illegal transfer, subletting, subletting, lending, profit-making activities, etc., and refuses to correct it, it will be recorded in the file of bad information after the investigation is true. You may not apply for public rental housing (including market rental subsidy) or common property right housing within 5 years.
