At present, the gas production capacity of the gas storage is stable at more than 15 million cubic meters per day.
It is reported that Xiangguosi Gas Storage is the first underground gas storage in southwest China, located at the junction of Beibei District and Yubei District of Chongqing, with a maximum daily gas production capacity of 22 million cubic meters. It is an important gas source to ensure the supply of natural gas in Sichuan-Chongqing area and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in winter.
Wu Li, director of the Xiangguosi gas storage station, said that the Xiangguosi gas field is like a "can." when the things in the tank are eaten, but the jar is still there, the gas storage tank continues to use this jar to re-inject natural gas from all over the country in the summer when there is less gas. Save it, enter the peak of gas use in winter and spring, and then carry it to the place where it is needed.
Wu Li said: since the beginning of gas injection on March 15 this year to the end of gas injection on October 8 this year, the gas storage capacity of Xiangguosi Gas Storage has reached 4.135 billion cubic meters, accounting for 97.06% of the total designed storage capacity, and the inventory at the end of the gas injection period has reached a record high since the beginning of the past year. It has stored enough energy for peak regulation and gas production this winter and next spring.
It is reported that the Xiangguosi gas reservoir is expected to produce more than 1.73 billion cubic meters of gas this winter and next spring, and the maximum daily gas production will once again reach more than 20 million cubic meters, so as to ensure the supply of natural gas in the Sichuan-Chongqing region and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region this winter and next spring.
