At present, more than half of the eight major action plans and supporting financing announced at the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation last year have been implemented or specific arrangements have been made. Developed countries should also earnestly fulfill their commitments to Africa and provide tangible assistance in terms of funds, technology, and so on. China is willing to make joint efforts with all parties to give full play to their respective advantages, jointly promote peace, stability and development in Africa, and help African brothers realize the "African dream" at an early date.
